Eat Pray Love :: rogerebert.com :: Reviews

Both Bridget and Roger panned this adaptation of a mediocre book: Eat Pray Love:: rogerebert.com :: Reviews

I hoped for better, but won't waste my time or money. The destinations are inviting, but it just sounds vapid. Perhaps none of the producers or the writer didn't realize that enough people may read a so so book to make it a best seller, but you need more to make it a good film.

One problem with the bestseller thing is that even though I didn't like the book, I still get counted in her column. I completely agree with Ebert even though there are serious errors in the chronology he sets forth in his review.
